Hardy in Zones 3-8.
These little bulbs are splendid in drifts under deciduous trees and early blooming shrubs like forsythia or flowering almond. Prefers full sun or part shade, in any soil; and they naturalize well, forming large colonies quickly. Plant bulbs in large groups, 3" apart and 3" deep so you achieve wide drifts of their intense blue.
