Mamie's Parsnip Casserole

- 2 lb Parsnip, sliced and cooked
- ½ Cup Cheddar or Parmesan Cheese
- 2 TBS Melted Butter
- 2 TBS Flour
- 1½ Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 TBS Melted Butter
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Place sliced parsnips in an 8x12 glass or stoneware casserole dish. Pour the white sauce over them. Scatter the bread crumbs on top, then scatter cheese over all. Bake for 15-20 minutes
