- 3 Quart Water
- 1 Quart Vinegar
- 1 Cup Pickling Salt
- 1 Cup Sugar
Fill jars with cucumbers, dill and garlic.
Erna's special pickle tip:After you have your cucumbers in the jars with the dill and garlic, pour boiling water over them, let sit for 1 minute then pour water off. This step is how you avoid getting a white scum on the bottom of the jar. Thanks Erna!
Boil brine ingredients and then pour over cucumbers, garlic and dill.
