This hardy annual is now an established wildflower in many areas in North America. Once established, it can tolerate immense heat and extremely dry conditions. Jaw-dropping, glossy, deep red, 1½ inch wide flowers bloom in profusion, and look best if planted in large sweeps. Prefers full sun in well-drained soils. Direct seed in spring. 12-16" high. Approximately 500 seeds/Pkg, 300 seeds/gram.
