Cilantro leaves have a sharp citrus/nutty flavour that is used in many different dishes. No summer salsa is complete without fresh cilantro. The seeds (coriander) have a citrus flavour. Plant every 2 to 3 weeks for continuous harvest, Height from 2-3 feet. Approx. 200 sds/pkg.
When grown as a Microgreen Cilantro has a sharp, nutty flavour.

- Harvest is quick and easy by simply snipping off the seedlings with scissors just above the soil surface.

- When harvesting fresh leaves cut only the small immature leaves for best flavour. Dried leaves store poorly, but can be frozen.
