Jacob's Cattle Baking Bean
An old-fashioned baking bean first made popular in our region. Also known in some areas as Trout Bean, Jacob's Cattle is an heirloom of unknown origin. Slender, kidney shaped beans with red markings on a white shell. Superb for baking with delicious flavor and fine texture. Maturity slightly later than Kenearly at 95 - 100 days. Untreated seed.
