An old-fashioned baking Bean. Also known in some areas as Trout Bean, Jacob's Cattle is an Heirloom variety. Slender, kidney shaped beans with red markings on a white shell. Superb for baking with delicious flavor and fine texture. Maturity 95 - 100 days. Untreated seed.
