Touchstone Gold Beet
We were very impressed with this variety in our trials. Touchstone Gold has superb germination and uniform roots, while still having bright yellow colour and sweet flavour. Yellow beets are great in the kitchen as they don’t stain everything red. Compact tops are light green in colour with bright yellow stem and veins. Matures in 55-60 days.

- Soil temperature should be 18-24ºC for optimal germination. Thin seedlings 1 inch apart for greens and 3 inches apart for summer use of roots. Packages contain 200-700 seeds and will sow a 25-30 foot row. Approximately 2000 seeds per 25g should sow 100 feet of row.
