Vancouver Brussels Sprouts
A high-quality hybrid, Vancouver produces heavy yields of crunchy, dark green sprouts on tall vigorous stalks. The round, smooth sprouts are always sweet, delicate and rich-flavored. Brussels sprouts are low in fat and very low in sodium and calories. A processing type good for mechanical trimming. Maturity 110-120 days. Approx. 40 sds/pkg.

- Harvest when the buds of the head are firm and tight, cutting 5 to 10 inches down on the stalk. This will promote the growth of side shoots which will provide an abundance of smaller heads over a long period.
