Wirosa Cabbage
Hybrid savoy-type cabbage. This fresh market and storage type cabbage has round, glossy greyish green heads, closely wrapped with crinkled leaves. Wirosa has a late maturity, but the excellent quality and yield are worth waiting for, particularly for fall savoy markets! Good for storage or fresh market. Maturity is 115 days from transplanting.

- Heads are ready when firm and when the interior is dense. Heads will split when over mature; rapid growth due to excess moisture and fertility will also cause splitting.
