No more little white worms or tunnels in your carrots! Resistafly is an ideal variety for home and organic gardeners who have had problems with rust flies in the past. Resistafly has been selected, using traditional breeding, to be much less attractive to rust flies. This nicely flavoured, mid to late season hybrid produces smooth, attractive 7-8" long roots. - Planting a few radish seeds helps to loosen the soil and mark the rows for these slow emerging seeds. Carrot Rust Flies: One great idea for preventing rust fly damage is to apply row covers after planting. 5-10g (1000-2000 seeds) will sow a 50 foot row.
