Symphony Cauliflower
What a performer! This late season hybrid is suitable for summer and fall harvests. Large upright, vigourous plants have excellent self-blanching capabilities which allow for a short banding period. Dense, deep, white domed heads are well protected by tight inner wrapper leaves. Symphony has excellent "head weight" and is suitable for fresh market and fresh processing. Maturity in about 70 - 75 days from transplanting.
