White Vienna Kohlrabi
A hardy, unique form of cabbage. Flat, globe shaped bulbs with a pale green to white skin and flesh. Freezes well. Maturity 60-65 days. Approx. 1070 sds/pkg. Early Purple Vienna Kohlrabi is shown on left. Shown on right is the White Vienna Kohlrabi.

- For fresh use, pull plants when the stem has swollen to 2 inches, For storage, allow stems to grow to 4-5 inches in diameter.
