Arugula
The king of gourmet salad greens. Arugula, also known as Roquette, is very hardy with a fine peppery/sweet flavour. It is quick to sprout and adapts to a wide range of temperatures. Maturity approximately 40 days. Approximately 2070 seeds/Pkg.
When grown as a Microgreen Arugula has a sweet, peppery flavour.

- Begin cutting leaves at 2 inches tall. Flowers are edible as well.
