Ambition Shallot
Excellent true shallot from seed. Ambition will produce beautiful 2" round, red/brown skinned shallots with white flesh. This 'Rose of the Onion Family' is fairly easy to grow and yields well. They have a mild flavour that is a blend of garlic and onions. Shallots store extremely well, often keeping for over 9 months in average storage conditions. 90 days. Approx. 150 seeds/pkg.
