Ambition Shallot
A high quality, long storing shallot from seed. Ambition will produce 2 inch round, red/brown skinned shallots with white flesh. This 'Rose of the Onion Family' is fairly easy to grow and yields well. If onions upset your stomach, you will find shallots much easier to digest and less sharp-smelling. Maturity of 90 days. Approximately 150 seeds/Pkg.
