Albion Parsnip
Among the whitest parsnips we have seen. This hybrid is very vigourous with much better emergence than older varieties, a real plus with parsnips. Sweet flavour. Albion stores well and does not yellow quickly. Good canker resistance. Matures in 110-120 days. Approximately 750 seeds/package.

- Parsnips are tender and flavourful in the fall. A few light frosts will improve the flavour. They may also be mulched and left in the ground over winter and dug as the ground thaws.
