Carmen Pepper
This sweet bulls horn pepper was the first to go red in our trials. An AAS winner that is perfect for use in salads or roasting. Carmen is very sweet once it starts to turn red and is quite heavy yielding. This hybrid was developed to set fruit under cooler conditions so it is a great choice for short season areas. 65 days green and 80 days to red from transplanting. Also available as transplants. Approximately 20 seeds per package.

- Peppers require a long, warm growing season. Seed should be started indoors in March or 8 weeks prior to transplanting.
