Carmen Pepper
Ever since we introduced Carmen into our trials, we are continuously amazed at both its earliness and dependability. This sweet bulls horn pepper is the first to go red of all our varieties. An AAS winner that is perfect for use in salads or roasting, Carmen is very sweet and quite heavy yielding. This hybrid was developed to set fruit under cooler conditions so it is a great choice for short season areas. Matures at 65
days to green and 80 days to red from transplanting.

- Peppers require a long, warm growing season. Seed should be started indoors in March or 8 weeks prior to transplanting.
