Papaya Pear Squash
The bright yellow fruit of this Hybrid adds great colour to stir fries and is delicious when sauteed. Best when harvested at about 3 inches in size. Papaya Pear is a semi-bush plant which will bear an abundance of fruit if kept picked. Maturity 45 days. Approximately 20 seeds/Pkg.

- Harvest summer squash when they are 4-8 inches long and when their skin is still shiny. Winter squash can be cut later in the summer or early fall before frost. The skin should should be hard enough so that you can't cut it with your fingernail.
