Burgess Buttercup Squash
Our most popular vine-type winter squash. Dark green fruit weigh about 3 lbs each and have a distinct "cup" on the blossom end. Dry, sweet, rich flavored, golden flesh make this squash a perennial favorite. Excellent for winter storage and freezing. Maturity is approx. 85 days. Approx 50 sds/pkg. Treated seed in 500g size only. Also available as Certified Organic Seed.

- Harvest summer squash when they are 4-8 inches long and when their skin is still shiny. Winter squash can be cut later in the summer or early fall before frost. The skin should should be hard enough so that you can't cut it with your fingernail.
