East Elite Winter Squash
A heavy yielding squash that produces beautiful 2-3 lb squash with dry sweet flesh. East Elite produces an abundant crop of dark green skinned buttercup squash, with yellow flesh, on a medium vined plant. This is a great variety for those who like Sweet Mama but find the size a little to large. Matures in 85-90 days. Approx. 15 sds/pkg.

- Harvest summer squash when they are 4-8 inches long and when their skin is still shiny. Winter squash can be cut later in the summer or early fall before frost. The skin should should be hard enough so that you can't cut it with your fingernail.
