Bush Delicata Squash
A "sweet potato" squash. When cooked, Bush Delicata is sweet and smooth. A space-saving, open pollinated, bush-type plant that spreads only 3-4' and produces a beautiful crop. Cylindrical and about 8" long with a diameter of 4". Highly tolerant to powdery mildew. Maturity 80 days. Approx. 33 sds/pkg.

- Harvest summer squash when they are 4-8 inches long and when their skin is still shiny. Winter squash can be cut later in the summer or early fall before frost. The skin should should be hard enough so that you can't cut it with your fingernail.
