An attractive large, firm Iceberg-type. Uniform, compact heads are non-bitter and slow bolting. Excellent green leaves have a nice crisp texture. Yucaipa has strong heat and tipburn tolerance. Good tolerance to rib discoloration. Highly suitable for commercial production. Maturity 70 days. Approximately 600 seeds/Pkg. Pelleted seed only. Larger sizes available on request.
