Mid season savoy. Dark green heads have deeper savoyed leaves than previous mid season varieties. This hybrid forms dense heads that hold extremely well. The crinkled leaves are great for cabbage rolls as they are not as brittle. Yellows and tipburn resistant. 85 days from transplanting. Approximately 100 seeds/pkg.

- Heads are ready when firm and when the interior is dense. Heads will split when over mature; rapid growth due to excess moisture and fertility will also cause splitting. Packages contain approx. 100 seeds. You will need approx. 40-50 seeds to sow a 50 foot row.

- Brussels sprouts will develop a sweeter flavour after a few light frosts.
