White, crisp and very productive. Daikon/Asian radish are much milder than regular radish and are used widely in Asian cooking. They can be used in stir-fries, raw in salads or even pickled. April Cross is very bolt resistant. Crisp 16”roots, 2½” in diameter. Maturity about 55 days. Approx. 100 seeds/pkg.
