Growing Information
Planting:
May be started inside in peat pots, 3-4 weeks before last frost. Usually direct seeded 2 weeks after last frost. Chip seeds, soak for 24 hours and cover with 1⁄4-1⁄2 inches of soil. Requires a soil warmth of 21-26 degrees C. Space 12-18 inches apart or closer since these plants do not mind being crowded.
Growing:
Plant in a sunny location and do not fertilize.
