Job Opportunity: Call Center Manager

Now entering our 80th year, Vesey’s Seeds Ltd. is Canada’s largest Mail Order Gardening business. Located in York, Prince Edward Island (9 km from Charlottetown), our company is well known for both customer and employee loyalty.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, Marketing & Development, the Call Center Manager will assume the responsibilities formerly shared by the former Call Center Manager and the Customer Service Manager. This single position will be responsible for the entire operation of the Vesey's Seeds Ltd. Call Center which currently has a full-time staff of 8 and grows up to 15 individuals during its busiest seasonal times.

Accurate order entry, telephone etiquette, product knowledge, customer service, scheduling and hiring are some of the main areas of responsibility for the successful candidate. The new Manager will be assisted initially by the former Call Center Manager and the former Customer Service Manager who both remain within the company but now occupy new positions.

Experience working and managing within a call center environment will be considered a minimum requirement for candidates wishing to apply.
